Mr. D M. Sonwane, the Chairman of the Company, holds M.Tech Degree in Structural Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur. He has nearly four decades of experience working with different government bodies. The core of his experience is the position he held as Executive engineer with Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) / Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA).

Mr. D M. Sonwane has also worked with Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha Metro) as Deputy General Manager for Nagpur and Pune Metro rails projects.

He has vast experience in Project planning, Management and execution. Some of the major projects he has planned and executed at Nagpur are Haj House, Auditorium and Yatri Niwas at Deekshabhumi, Administration building at Maharashtra Animal & Fishery Sciences University.

He has been associated with the Company since its inception. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. Besides this, Mr. D M. Sonwane is an eminent individual and has a Fellow and Chartered membership of Institution of Engineers, India. He is also part of various National and International Bodies.

Mr. Ashwin Sonwane

Managing Partner

Mr. Ashwin Sonwane, as a Managing Partner, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He holds M.Tech Degree in Structural Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur. He has more than 15 years of local and global  experience in the consultancy services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation.

Prior to founding the company, Ashwin has worked with global engineering companies like BuroHappold Engineering UK, Zenith Engineers Inc., USA and JW consultants in India, where he held various leadership positions.

Ashwin is an expert in the seismic design of iconic high-rise buildings and large townships. He has designed and delivered buildings of more than 50 floors. Some of the iconic projects he has worked on and delivered are Piramal groups Vaikunth at Mumbai, State Secretariat and Administrative buildings at Andhra Pradesh, Dosti groups Centerio at Mumbai, and Azim Premji University new campus at Bengaluru.

Ashwin leads our engineering team, managing projects for private and public sector clients, as well as directly for main contractors. An excellent communicator with a flexible hands-on approach, Ashwin uses his expertise in pricing, programme and design constraints to provide robust designs and excellent project management.

Besides this Ashwin is a Chartered Engineer of Institutions of Engineers, India and have membership of various bodies in UK and USA.
